Danart Photos contract

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!!

Thank you for choosing Danart Photos for your shoot! Booked package cannot be changed during your section you can cancel and rebook for another package within the 48 hours cancellation policy. You must show up to your appointment prepared and ready to start your shoot to avoid paying for extra time. There is a 20–30-minute prep time for the photographer to check for lighting which is not included in your time frame.

Photo editing takes 7-14 days, the photographer will send all edited pictures to you between that period. If you need your pictures sooner, please book your session ahead of time to avoid rushed work. The Policy Is Strongly Enforced So Please Read It Before You Book.

Payment Policy

All sessions must be secure with a 50% deposit when completing the booking process, also from the following Payment methods: CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or Pay Pal. Deposit must be made right after booking an appointment to secure your place. The remaining payment must be made right after the photoshoot via Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, or Pay Pal. (NO CARD PAYMENT) ***Failure to make payment will result in not receiving your photos. ***

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour free cancellation before the appointment’s scheduled date. If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours your deposit will count as the cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours your deposit will be credited to your next appointment. You have up to 2 weeks to reschedule to use the deposit.

Late Policy

The appointment will start and end according to the duration time of the package you booked for. If you are late for your section, you will have the remaining time of your appointment to do your shoot. You can pay for a longer shoot if you prefer and when it's available. *** Appointments are automatically canceled when you are 20 minutes late and the deposit is non-refundable. ****

Extra Time Policy 

With the exception of the Premium Session booking, additional time is charged in 30-minute increments. that corresponds to the Mini session Booking.
